One-time Services
Our One-Time Services are structured into four distinct modules. Each builds on the previous one, and you decide when and how far you want to move forward with us.
Modul 1: Product Due Dilligence
We assess -for you and for ourselves- whether your selected products are suitable for the Chinese market, and under what conditions.
This includes:

Modul 2: Partner Screening

- Registration with the NMPA (where applicable)

Modul 4: Independent Company Formation
Once your local business becomes profitable and the business case is validated, we establish the independent Ltd. or joint venture together with you - the entity that succeeds the initial affiliate structure. We set up all internal and external functions (e.g., bank accounts, finance, operations) and also take on the critical role of Legal Representative.
This ensures that every decision remains fully transparent, directed by you, and executed locally without compromise.
Operational Services
Our Operational Services can be booked independently, with some naturally linking to the One‑Time Services described above. Logistics management goes hand in hand with importing your products and is always required, while services such as shop operations or social‑media support can be added as needed.
Modul 5: Import Management
We support the shipment of your products to China and manage the entire import process - including customs clearance and compliant labelling. Once the products are fully cleared for sale, your distributors and partners pick them up directly from our warehouse.
Modul 6: Company Operation
Whether it’s your affiliate or the jointly established venture, both require essential management and administrative functions - and we take care of them for you.
Beyond core functions such as finance and accounting, we primarily manage your dealer and sales channels and provide selected additional services, including support during on‑site visits.
Modul 7: Chinese eCommerce Management
Whether you intend to sell on Tmall, JD.com, Pinduoduo, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, or via WeChat Mini Programs - our team manages your full eCommerce presence across China's major platforms. From storefront setup and content localization to campaign execution, we ensure optimal performance at every touchpoint.
Additionally, we handle the full operational backend -order management, inventory, fulfilment coordination, and reporting- so your team maintains visibility without carrying the local overhead.
Modul 8: Social Media & Marketing
To build a strong presence on Chinese social media, professional support is essential. We provide this through our own local entity specialized in social media and marketing, or through our German‑managed partner agency.
